There are several ways by land or sea to travel between Dubrovnik and Korcula. It's possible to take a day trip from Korcula to Dubrovnik and a day trip from Dubrovnik to Korcula. Below you can find information about the main transport options.


Most travellers fly into Dubrovnik Airport and then travel onto Korcula. For information on how to travel from Dubrovnik Airport to Dubrovnik, take a look at our Getting to Korcula section.


Advice: In the peak season purchase your tickets for boats or buses the day before or the morning before your departure, as there are often long queues and tickets sell-out fairly quickly. Or if possible, buy online in advance of your departure date.

Foot passenger “Nona Ana” catamaran between Dubrovnik and Korcula Town, taking approximately 2 hours 30 minutes (operates summer season only).


Tickets can be purchased in Dubrovnik at the Petka Pier, just in front of where the boat departs up to 1 hour before departure. See location on a map. 


Tickets can be purchased in Korcula at the Korkyra Info Tourist Agency.

Daily bus between Dubrovnik Bus Station and Korcula Bus Station, taking approximately 3 to 3 and half hours.


Tickets can be purchased online from the Arriva website.

Driving by car along the Peljesac from Dubrovnik to Orebic and then taking the car and passenger ferry from Orebic to Domince (Korcula).


Orebic is a small coastal town, approximately a 2 hour scenic drive northwest from Dubrovnik. From Orebic you can catch the car and passenger ferry to Domince (Korcula), which runs almost hourly between May and September and takes 15-20 minutes. Domince Ferry Port is located just under 3kms from Korcula Town.


If you are travelling from Korcula to Dubrovnik, you will take the car and passenger ferry from Domince (Korcula) to Orebic and then drive 2 hours south-east to Dubrovnik.


NOTE: During the peak summer season there can be long queues for the ferry, so be prepared to wait.

How to Travel Between Dubrovnik & Korcula Island

Kapetan Luka Catamaran between Dubrovnik and Korcula Town for foot passengers only.


Tickets can be purchased online from the Kapetan Luka website.

Tickets can be purchased in Korcula Town from the Kapetan Luka Office (Ulica Fosa 1) and in Dubrovnik from the Avansa travel or Elite Travel agencies.


The catamaran from Korcula Town typically departs from the east port.

Jadrolinija catamaran between Dubrovnik and Korcula Town for foot passengers only.


Tickets can be purchased online from the Jadrolinija website.

Tickets can also be purchased from the Jadrolinija ticket office in Korcula (Plokata 21 Travanja 1921. no.34) and from the Dubrovnik ticket office.


The catamaran will depart either from the west or east port in Korcula Town. Jadrolinija advise you check with the local office 30 minutes before the departure time.


This catamaran does not run in the winter
