If you have chosen your accommodation and would like to making a booking, please read the steps below which explain the accommodation booking process. If you have any questions or need some help making your booking, please contact us.
2) We will endeavour to confirm availability of you chosen Accommodation as soon as possible, within 24 hours.
NOTE: The information on the availability calendar is provided by the owner/manager of each Accommodation Unit and on rare occasions we may not be notified when the property has become unavailable. We therefore check for a final time that your chosen dates are available before sending you a Deposit Invoice.
3) An email will be sent to you confirming the availability of the Accommodation and the total accommodation rental price. We will ask you to confirm that you wish to proceed with the reservation and after your confirmation we will send you a Deposit Invoice which shows the deposit amount payable.
4) After we have sent you the Deposit Invoice you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit in Euros. The exact amount payable is shown on the Deposit Invoice.
The deposit must be paid within 48 hours from the date of the Deposit Invoice and we can not guarantee the reservation if it is not paid within this time.
Payment is via Credit/Debit Card or Paypal. The Deposit Invoice contains a link to PayPal where you can make the deposit payment. Or, if requested we can also accept bank transfers - please note the payee is reponsible for paying any fees charged by the sending/receiving banks.
NOTE: Your booking will not be guranteed until we have confirmed availability by email and we have received the deposit.
5) We will send you an Accommodation Booking Confirmation once the deposit has been received, which includes the contact details of the owner/manager of the Accommodation Unit and the final balance payable to the owner/manager of the property upon arrival in Kuna . You will need to contact the owner/manager of the Accommodation to let them know your arrival time and make arrangements for receiving the keys.
NOTE: After the booking has been confirmed, all further communication regarding the Accommodation should be made between you and the owner/manager of the Accommodation Unit.
